Jim Jacot is an experienced technology executive with global marketing, management and engineering development experience in the semiconductor and software industries.  His strengths include new business development, strategy, winning customer confidence, negotiation, and team building.    

Mr. Jacot has worked for multi-national conglomerates including Phillips Semiconductor and Honeywell Commercial Flight Systems, as well as startups such as Acoustic Technologies and VLSI Semiconductor that were both acquired.  Jim has worked on acquisition integration teams as both acquiree and acquirer and held roles from Staff Engineer to Director of Marketing to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  In his most recent role at Cirrus Logic he managed multi-national teams that developed, shipped, and supported over 100 million units of embedded audio software with Tier 1 audio and mobile phone customers.  He also helped define, manage, and bring to market a far-field voice IC, software, and tuning tools.       

Mr. Jacot currently serves on the Board of Directors of SunWest Federal Credit Union.
