Inspired by her passion for technology, Wen Xia Grace Zhang founded Ark Electromechanical Company in 2011. After completing general studies in China, her first employer, Qingdao Maozhi Electronics, sponsored Mrs. Zhang’s participation in an immersive training program in Japan where she mastered enterprise management.

Mrs. Zhang’s initiative and formidable work ethic propelled her through the ranks at Qingdao Maozhi Electronics from Manager, to General Manager, to Director. This advancement to Director further nurtured Mrs. Zhang’s business savvy, as did her time as Executive Legal Representative for Qingdao Aipuda Investment Company.

Under her stalwart leadership, Ark Electromechanical Company experienced tremendous growth, quickly establishing itself as an industry-leading company. Mrs. Zhang is personally committed to every employee, improving productivity by fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. She affectionately refers to employees as ‘her family,’ and extends this sentiment to her clients to form long-lasting partnerships with the world’s largest brands.
